Care Support Worker – Step Up. Make a Difference.
Location: Heaton, Newcastle
Flexible Contracts to Match Your Commitment:
- Full‑time: 37.5 hours per week
- Part‑time: 12–24 hours per week
- Bank hours available

You will support a gentleman living independently in his own home, delivering person‑centred care that enhances his safety, independence and quality of life. You will gain valuable skills and qualifications while making a real difference each day.
Responsibilities- Support shopping, day trips and community activities
- Help with household tasks such as cooking, cleaning and laundry
- Provide personal care, including bathing, toileting and feeding
- Assist with physical health, wellbeing and independence practices
Working hours will follow a rotational shift pattern, including weekend and night duties.
