Community Integrated Care is recruiting a Full Time Support Worker for Mountfield Gardens in Newcastle upon Tyne, working 37.5 hours with 8am–11pm shifts and a sleepover from 11pm to 8am. You will support two adults with learning disabilities, building routines, independence and engagement.
