Bluebird Care Medway & Swale is looking for a organised Care Coordinator to join our team in Rainham, Kent. You’ll plan and maintain care rotas, match carers to customers, and coordinate changes with families and the office team.
This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with an out-of-hours on-call rota. You’ll help deliver safe, person-centred care in customers’ homes and support continuous service improvements.
