Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Promptly Health is seeking a Customer Success Manager based in England to own post-go-live relationships with UK and French-speaking customers. The role focuses on driving adoption of Promptly Health products, maintaining contracted revenue, and identifying expansion opportunities.
You will collaborate with the Project Manager and Account Manager, manage adoption programs, and ensure renewal readiness while building references and case studies. Remote-first, with travel within the UK and Europe.
