Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care is seeking a Night Team Healthcare Assistant to provide overnight care at patients' homes as part of the Community Hospice at Home service. You will work with Hospice at Home nurses and the wider team to deliver compassionate end-of-life care, with full training and support provided.
