Northumbria Police is seeking a Trauma Therapist in the People Department to support the workforce after potentially traumatic incidents. You will assess and provide evidence-based trauma therapies, such as EMDR, and work with the Trauma Lead to maintain wellbeing standards.
Hours are 18.5 per week on a permanent basis, with travel across the force area. You must have Counselling Diploma Level 5+, Full EMDR qualification, and BACP accreditation.
