Avery Healthcare is seeking a Learning and Development Facilitator to uplift performance and ensure quality training across our network of care homes in Herne Bay, Sittingbourne, Gravesend, Seven Oaks, Beckenham, Sidcup and Bexley Heath.
You will design and deliver statutory and mandatory training, lead sessions for multiple homes, assess learning outcomes, and maintain accurate LMS records to ensure a competent, compliant team delivering exceptional resident care.
