Making Space is seeking a Bank Support Worker for our Extra Care service in Harpers Green, Padgate, Warrington WA2 0YN
. The role, based in a community care setting, focuses on person-centered support to help adults live independently in their own apartments.
You’ll assist with daily living tasks, including medication support and helping clients access community activities, while maintaining dignity and choice. Prioritise empathy, patience, and flexible, caring support in a dynamic environment.
