Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Disability North seeks a dedicated support worker to assist an autistic young woman with learning disabilities in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will implement the Positive Behaviour Support Plan, help with daily living, and support her emotional stability in a small, professional team.
The role requires at least two years with autistic individuals, NVQ2 Health and Social Care or equivalent, a UK driving license, and the ability to work flexible shifts across days including weekends.
