Ceredigion County Council Direct Payment Support Service is seeking a warm, patient Support Worker/Buddy to assist a happy 13-year-old with Global Developmental Delay and Autism during school holidays, helping him engage with the community and build independence.
You will work closely with his family to provide consistent, sensitive support in safe activities outside the home. Applicants must have permission to work in the UK.
