Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Lancashire County Council is seeking a Community Resilience Worker (Outreach) to support families in our Family Hubs and in the community, helping them stabilise, grow and thrive. This role offers hybrid working across Lancashire and involves direct family engagement and collaborative partnership work.
You will build trusted relationships, deliver practical hands-on support, run group sessions and work with partners to create an accessible support network for children and families.
