Medical Secretary (Temporary) Gosforth | 2 Days Per Week | Approx. 6 Weeks Friday Mandatory Immediate Start Available We are currently recruiting for an experienced Medical Secretary to support a busy healthcare team in Gosforth on a temporary basis to provide sickness cover. This is an urgent requirement, offering approximately 2 days per week for an initial 6-week period , with Friday working essential .
Key Responsibilities Audio typing and transcription of clinical dictation. Producing and formatting medical correspondence and letters. Managing patient-related documentation accurately and confidentially. Updating patient records and supporting administrative processes. Liaising with clinicians and healthcare professionals as required. Essential Requirements Previous experience working as a Medical Secretary . Enhanced DBS Check - Adults and Children (Essential) Experience using System One software. Strong audio typing and transcription skills.
Experience producing medical letters and clinical documentation. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to hit the ground running with minimal training. What's on Offer?
