You’ll support people to live with dignity and purpose while helping us establish Bowburn Manor as a home known for kindness, warmth and exceptional care.

What You'll DoDeliver Outstanding CareProvide personalised support tailored to individual needs, choices and preferences including attending to resident’s personal care.
Build ConnectionsDevelop meaningful relationships that promote trust, confidence and emotional wellbeing.
Encourage IndependenceSupport residents to remain active and engaged in everyday life.
Promote WellbeingHelp create a positive atmosphere where residents feel happy, valued and included.
Support Meaningful LivingEncourage participation in activities, hobbies, celebrations and community life.
Work as One TeamCollaborate with colleagues and wider healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care.
