Sheffield Health Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join the G1 Ward dementia unit on a full-time permanent basis (37.5 hours/week). You will conduct OT assessments, develop care plans and deliver 1:1 and group interventions tailored to older adults in NHS settings.
Newly qualified therapists are supported with preceptorship, supervision from a Band 6 OT, and CPD opportunities.
