Wigton Group Medical Practice is seeking an enthusiastic Care Navigator/Medical Receptionist to join the busy patient services team. The role focuses on signposting patients to the right healthcare professionals, reception duties, and supporting the administrative team to deliver a professional patient experience.
The post involves 30 hours per week with a rota between 7:45am and 6:45pm, including 18:30 finishes. Training and development in NHS care navigation are offered to the right candidate.
