Your Role

We are seeking a self‑motivated and organised People & Culture Coordinator to provide comprehensive high‑level People & Culture administration support in all aspects of the employee life‑cycle, on behalf of the Trust's central team and academies within the group.

This is a role where you can add real value by supporting the team to shape and streamline People & Culture operations, systems and process across the Trust. If you are keen on self‑development, this is an ideal role to grow and develop your skills and knowledge further.

Responsibilities
  • The administration of the employee life cycle
  • On‑boarding/off‑boarding
  • Data collection and analysis
  • Administration of employee benefits and payroll
  • Supporting our People & Culture Business Partners with case management and note taking as required
Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for a person who thrives in a busy environment and wants to be part of a collaborative and innovative team, with drive and passion to deliver an excellent service within the People & Culture team.

The work is fast‑paced and varied, meaning no two days are the same, therefore you will need to be self‑motivated, well organised, forward‑thinking, with exceptional attention to detail. You will have advanced administration skills and will be comfortable using Microsoft Office and HR related software packages. Confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive data in a professional manner is a prerequisite of the role.

Being part of a wider People & Culture team, you will need to be a great team player with a flexible approach, willing to support the wider People and Culture team during busy periods when required. Given the nature of the role you must be a skilled listener, have the ability to adapt your communication style to meet the needs of your audience and or situation, and ensure that your working style cultivates positive customer relationships.
