Interim Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

We’re looking for a hands-on, senior TA professional to jump in and support a busy, values led organisation during a period of high recruitment demand.

This is a true interim role where you’ll be trusted to hit the ground running, operate autonomously, and bring calm, structure and senior judgement to a fast-moving TA environment.

• Owning all recruitment across the business from operations/manufacturing to middle-management
• Supporting a strong in house TA team during increased volume
• Managing end-to-end recruitment through Workday
• Direct sourcing via Linked In, Indeed and internal talent pools
• Partnering with hiring managers and BPs with ability to challenge where needed
• Screening, shortlisting and presenting quality candidates for each role
• Driving clear communication and stakeholder updates
• Bringing a proactive, structured approach in a high-volume site environment

• Supportive, autonomous and values driven culture
• Strong focus on accountability, ownership and behaviours over skills
• One major site has grown rapidly and continues to scale so recruitment is always on
• TA team is proud of direct sourcing and quality delivery

• Proven experience recruiting manufacturing roles from operatives to middle management
• Confident operating in manufacturing, site-based or blue-collar environments
• Comfortable with volume, pace and senior stakeholders
• Autonomous, pragmatic and not afraid to
