What you'll be doing:

As a Recruitment Consultant joining our Health & Social Care division, you will:

Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients
Research new business opportunities across the private and public sector
Source, qualify, and place the right candidates into the right roles
Visit clients on site and represent Prospero with professionalism and confidence
Grow your desk through targeted outreach, networking, and social media engagement

What we're looking for:

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

A strong background in sales with consistent achievements

Recruitment experience is welcome but sales experience and ambition are what matter most.
