A well-established manufacturing business in Port Talbot is seeking an HR & Payroll Specialist to manage the end-to-end payroll process and provide comprehensive HR support. This hands-on role includes responsibilities for payroll operations and advising managers on employee relations, alongside driving HR process improvements. Candidates should have previous HR and payroll experience, a degree or equivalent, and relevant qualifications. A competitive salary of up to £40,000 with additional benefits is offered, including a company bonus scheme and private medical insurance.
