HR Senior Case advisor

2 x Senior HR Case Advisors required to start ASAP, initially for 3 months.

Responsibilities include operating at pace, providing high‑quality professional advice, and managing a varied and complex employee relations caseload.

Ideal candidates will bring:

• Strong experience handling disciplinaries, grievances, workplace performance issues, and complex casework from end to end.
• The ability to confidently guide and influence managers through challenging HR matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and resilience to work with sensitive and sometimes high‑risk situations.
• Experience working with schools or within an education setting is highly desirable, particularly with knowledge of Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) guidance and broader safeguarding principles.
• A solutions‑focused mindset, with the judgement to balance organisational needs with employee wellbeing.
