Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
An engineering company in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist for a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role involves providing advice to managers on people management issues, coaching them to develop skills, and supporting attendance improvement strategies. The ideal candidate will possess solid experience in Employee Relations within unionized settings and demonstrate a good understanding of employment law.
A CIPD Level 5 qualification or progress towards it is also required.
