We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced 360 consultant to join our team in Newcastle as an Executive Search Consultant. This is a new opportunity where you'll get to carve out our new exec search offering.

Joining Tenth Revolution Group you'd get the opportunity to develop your already honed skills and become a specialist within the growing cloud tech industry. You'll be building relationships with senior / C Suite / Board level IT professionals across the UK and Nordics region.

This is an evolving, always in demand sector, with uncapped / no threshold commission - up to 40% for senior placements!

• Be a 360 recruiter taking the next steps into executive search and develop/new business opportunities.
• Navigate high-level conversations and play the long game; the deals may be infrequent but can be large in value.
• Build and manage relationships with senior IT professionals across the UK and Nordics.

• Experience in professional services IT, Tech or White Collar recruitment; ready to move into executive search.
• You do not need prior cloud tech recruitment experience; cloud is an industry with 20 years of activity and you will join an experienced team to map it out.
• Strong business development skills and ability to win new business.
