Assystem UK Ltd. is seeking a Business Resource Officer to support workforce planning, recruitment, employee lifecycle activities and resource governance. You will work with managers and recruitment teams to ensure people, data, and processes are managed efficiently.
You will maintain resource plans, monitor utilisation, support recruitment by coordinating hiring activities, and oversee onboarding, transfers and offboarding. Regular reports and MI will guide business decisions and governance.
