Wickes is seeking an HR Service Desk Advisor to act as a proactive, consultative partner to store managers and colleagues. You will own the Zendesk queue, triage complex cases, and coach managers on policies and digital self-service tools.
You will resolve or triage tickets within SLAs, escalate where needed, and collaborate with the HR Services team to address root causes while maintaining high data integrity across lifecycle admin tasks.
