Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Pinnacle Group is recruiting a Dispute & Compensation Advisor to manage and process compensation claims arising from failed move-ins for Pinnacle Service Families across the UK. The role is hybrid with 3 days in the office each week and working hours 8:30 AM–4:30 PM.
You will provide clear guidance on eligibility, support customers through their compensation journey, and liaise with Housing Officers and RAMS to investigate incidents while maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely
