Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Newcastle Building Society is seeking a highly organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support an efficient recruitment service across the lifecycle, from attraction to onboarding. You will coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, maintain ATS records and support offer and onboarding activity in a busy, collaborative team.
In this role you will handle high volumes, coordinate pre-employment checks, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliant and timely recruitment
