- Leading and developing a team of recruitment consultants
- Running and contributing to a 360‑recruitment desk
- Driving business growth across multiple specialisms
- Building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities
- Expanding market share across the Newcastle region
- Creating a high‑performance culture focused on delivery, quality and development
- Working collaboratively across specialisms, with no siloed structure
- Exploring new markets and opportunities to grow revenue
- Proven experience as a 360 recruiter
- Management experience or a clear ambition to step into leadership
- Strong commercial mindset and business development capability
- A motivating and hands on approach to coaching and developing others
