As a Talent Connector, you'll work closely with project leaders and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, identify the best‑fit talent and ensure projects are staffed with the right people at the right time. This is a fast‑paced, collaborative role where you'll have a direct impact on both business success and employee career growth.

What you'll do

  • Partner with HR and cross‑functional teams to support complex staffing requirements.
  • Use data and reporting to monitor staffing performance, maintain accurate assignment information and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Represent business priorities while delivering an exceptional stakeholder experience.
About you

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • Experience in consulting, HR, Talent Acquisition or another people‑focused environment (preferred).
  • Experience working within a large, fast‑paced organisation.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience using HR systems such as Workday, SAP Success Factors or Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • SC Clearance eligible.

You’ll also be a strong relationship builder who communicates confidently with a wide range of stakeholders. You’re customer‑focused, analytical and naturally collaborative, with excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. You thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy working as part of a team and are motivated by delivering great outcomes for both the business and its people.

If you’re looking for an opportunity to make a real impact by connecting talented people with meaningful work, we’d love to hear from you.
