Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Fuse Energy is seeking a Talent Sourcer to scale our hiring engine. You will identify and engage world‑class talent across technical, expansions, hardware, product, trading, commercial and operations functions while ensuring a smooth candidate journey through scheduling and coordination support.
You will build pipelines, coordinate interviews across time zones, and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to prioritise roles and refine search strategies in a fast-paced startup environment.
