£28,000 - £34,000 base salary depending on experience plus £5k to £25k extra in OTE

Please Note : Applicants for this role will need to have a full UK Driving License & access to their own vehicle. We pay mileage on any business journeys you will take to client visits.

• Build relationships with schools and educators to understand staffing needs.
• Source, interview, and place candidates for teaching roles.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact to placement and follow-up.
• Meet or exceed placement targets and contribute to team objectives.
