Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Akari Care Limited is recruiting a field-based Employee Relations (ER) advisor to work with our Operations Team across the Northeast, providing expert guidance on complex, fast-paced casework and ensuring timely, compliant resolutions of ER matters.
You will be the main point of contact for ER advice, develop relationships with Home Managers and regional teams, support sickness absence reduction, and produce regular reports to identify trends and mitigate workplace risk.
