WhatYou’ll Do
- Successfully bring searches to fruition and deliver exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring managers.
- Take a consultative approach, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage and drive a full‑cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview, feedback and offers for all levels of candidates from entry to senior level.
- Build pipelines for multiple requisitions across business teams and geographies, considering diversity and the importance of balanced candidate slates.
- Drive inclusion through building diverse pipelines at the top of the funnel.
- Partner with talent partners, hiring managers, HR operations and finance to build hiring strategy and plan.
- Influence business leaders and educate hiring managers on process, interview best practices, and decision making.
- Provide exceptional candidate experiences and create new ways to surprise and delight candidates throughout the interview process.
- Accurately track candidate data and use systems correctly to be able to report to the business.
- Find the best, brightest and most passionate people for Airbnb using new and creative ways to find and engage them.
- Represent Airbnb with integrity and professionalism, speaking passionately and authentically about our mission.
- 5 – 7+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting in high volume, general & administrative functions is a plus.
- Track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional candidates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly.
- Well‑developed analytical and influencing skills.
- Demonstrates a positive, can‑do attitude and receives feedback well.
- Comfortable working with a high degree of ambiguity and in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with a solutions orientation.
- Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow.
- High level of self‑initiative, creativity, perseverance, and flexibility.

Compensation & BenefitsIreland Annual Pay Range: €68,000—€80,000 EUR
United Kingdom Annual Pay Range: £60,000—£70,000 GBP
This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and employee travel credits.
