As a Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of both client and candidate activity, driving business growth through proactive sales, relationship building, and high-quality recruitment delivery. • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the local healthcare market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Carry out proactive sales activity including calls, meetings, and networking
• Grow existing accounts and maximise revenue opportunities

• Manage the full recruitment process from attraction through to placement
• Source, screen, and interview healthcare candidates
• Maintain a strong pipeline of available workers
• Oversee candidate onboarding and compliance

• Work towards and exceed recruitment and sales targets
• Deliver excellent service standards to clients and candidates
• Contribute to the ongoing success and development of the branch

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a customer-focused role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven mindset with confidence in business development
