Your specific responsibilities as graduate HRBP Operations Analyst will include:
Partnering with HR Business Partners to deliver talent management initiatives Managing sensitive employee relations matters Facilitating core HR processes such as training requests, internal transfers, and terminations Contributing to policy reviews, engagement programmes, and process improvements Taking ownership of client-area-specific projects As HRBP Operations Analyst you will need: A 2:1 degree from a top 25 UK university 3-5 years experience in an HR Generalist or HR Analyst role, ideally within a fast-paced environment A solid grounding in UK employment law and HR best practice A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset The ability to manage multiple priorities, balancing operational delivery with longer-term projects Rewards & benefits:
