Verisure is seeking an experienced Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join the HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The role demands expert advice and guidance across a broad range of complex ER matters, reporting to the Senior ER Manager and collaborating with HR Partners and leaders.
You will own complex casework from initial consultation to resolution, supporting managers through hearings and ensuring compliant, fair processes.
