What you'll be doing:
You’ll support recruitment and onboarding from interview through to a new starter's first day; help deliver an excellent candidate and employee experience; manage documentation, inductions and onboarding plans; identify skills gaps and appropriate L&D interventions; advise managers on HR policies, procedures, legislation and best practice; prepare payroll files for our payroll partner; and play an important role in the implementation of our new HRIS.
What we're looking for:You’ll have previous Senior HR Advisor/HR Advisor experience in a busy, hands‑on environment and be confident building strong relationships with managers and colleagues throughout the business.
You’ll also need HRIS experience — ideally PeopleHR — experience preparing payroll files, and to be CIPD qualified, part-qualified or currently working towards the qualification.
A full valid driving licence is essential.
The details:Full‑time, permanent
37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Based at our Newcastle head office, NE13 7BA
