Recruiter, Recruiter ​/ Talent Acquisition

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

We're looking for a Recruiter to join our hybrid team in  this role, you will work alongside a Lead Recruiter to drive recruitment initiatives across multiple business units in an AI-native technology consultancy. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to source and attract top talent, leveraging modern strategies, including AI-powered tools, to enhance efficiency and candidate engagement.

Responsibilities Develop and execute sourcing strategies, utilizing advanced search techniques and AI-based tools

Build strong talent pipelines through proactive networking and research

Conduct screening and evaluation to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit Provide support to end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and functions

Maintain accurate records and reports in applicant tracking systems

Support employer branding initiatives and enhance candidate experience

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in AI, technology and recruitment

Ensure compliance with hiring policies and data regulations

Contribute to continuous improvement of the sourcing and recruitment process

Requirements1-2 years’ experience in technology recruitment within an agency or in-house setting

Strong sourcing expertise with hands-on experience using Boolean search, job boards and Linked In Recruiter Experience leveraging AI tools for candidate sourcing and day-to-day recruitment activities

Familiarity with technology-related roles and ability to understand technical skill sets Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software

Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

Analytical mindset with ability to generate and interpret recruitment metrics

Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment

Experience with commercial roles in IT consulting environment
