Red Green Partners seeks a Senior HR Advisor to join a growing North East-based People Team. This newly created role offers the chance to shape regional ER strategy and add real value within a purpose-driven social care provider.
Hybrid working with some travel across the North East. You will lead employee relations, manage disciplinary, grievance, absence and flexible working cases, and coach managers on HR best practice.
Salary £35,000 - £40,000 plus benefits.
