📍 London (2 days office based)
We are working with a leading, high-growth D2C scale-up that is at a pivotal point in its journey. With a strong UK and US footprint and ambitious revenue targets, they are now in need of a dedicated Senior Ecommerce CRO Lead to unlock conversion.
This is a unique opportunity to own the entire customer journey on their Shopify+ website - from shaping strategy to executing tests, you will be instrumental in turning traffic into measurable growth. You will have a direct line to the founder as well as the CMO.
This is not just a CRO role. We’re looking for someone who can connect the dots between product, storytelling and design—someone who balances a strategic mindset with attention to detail, from microcopy and layout to the brand narrative that builds trust and drives loyalty.
About the Role- Define and lead the CRO strategy, prioritisation model, and testing roadmap
- Audit and optimise key entry points to remove friction and boost conversion
- Run a continuous A/B and multivariate testing programme with speed and precision
- Enhance merchandising UX, bundling, cross-sell and upsell flows
- Work closely with senior leaders to bring brand storytelling to life through digital journeys
- Proven track record of owning CRO for a high-growth D2C ecommerce brand
- Shopify expert (ideally)
- Experience running and implementing experiments end-to-end
- Strong understanding of GA4, GTM, heatmaps and experimentation platforms
- Ability to adjust Shopify themes directly or brief developers effectively
- A data-driven mindset combined with commercial and UX awareness
- Thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up DTC environment
