As a Technical Business Analyst
, you will play a critical role in bridging business stakeholders and engineering teams. You’ll turn business needs into clear, structured requirements and ensure solutions are aligned with user expectations, technical realities, and strategic objectives.

You’ll work in collaborative, cross-functional Agile teams and contribute to high-impact transformation programmes across industries.

• Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and technical specifications
• Create process flows, sequence diagrams, and business rules documentation
• Conduct business impact assessments across multiple work streams
• Collaborate with developers, architects, UX designers, testers, and Dev Ops teams
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies
• Identify risks, dependencies, and technical constraints early
• Support testing activities, including defect triage and query resolution
• Help ensure operational readiness and successful implementation

• 1.5–5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a technology or software delivery environment
• Experience working in Agile teams
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• Ability to operate confidently in client‑facing environments
• Understanding of APIs, databases, and system integration concepts
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making skills
• Excellent communication skills — able to translate between business and technical audiences
