A leading ICT services company in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a Data Centre Operations Specialist to manage customer support and operational excellence. You will ensure SLAs are met, maintain Data Centre environments, and support secure access compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong server and storage deployment experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Basic knowledge of Data Centre design and management required. Willingness to be part of a 24/7 on-call rota is essential. Travel may be required.
