Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Architect with 2–3 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable data architectures. This role involves defining data structures, ensuring data integrity, and enabling efficient data access across systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to key technical decisions while supporting high-quality data solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement scalable, efficient data architectures aligned with business and application requirements
- Define data models, schemas, storage solutions, and integration frameworks
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and analytics teams to ensure data integrity, availability, and accessibility
- Translate business requirements into logical and physical data models
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data structures, pipelines, and processes
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related performance and quality issues
- Support and guide team members on best practices in data architecture and engineering
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to strategic decision-making
- 2–3 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Python for data processing and automation
- Advanced knowledge of SQL for data querying and transformation
- Solid understanding of data modeling concepts (e.g., relational, dimensional models)
- Experience with data storage technologies (e.g., data warehouses, lakes, cloud platforms)
- Familiarity with data integration tools and ETL/ELT processes
- Understanding of AI & Data Processes and data-driven system design
- Exposure to AI & Data Strategy and modern data platforms
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and access frameworks
- Experience working in cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Databricks)
- Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive approach to identifying and improving data processes
- A passion for building robust and scalable data systems
- Ability to balance technical depth with business needs
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to contribute to team success
