Job Description & How to Apply Below
Tech Delivery Lead (Agile Focus) We are seeking a high-energy Tech Delivery Lead to bridge the gap between technical execution and agile methodology. In this hybrid role, you will act as both a Scrum Master and a Delivery Lead , ensuring that our engineering teams are empowered, unblocked, and consistently delivering high-quality software. The ideal candidate isnt just a task-manager;
you are an agile evangelist who understands the nuances of software development and knows how to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Agile Facilitation:
Lead all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. You will be responsible for keeping the team focused and maintaining a healthy sprint velocity. End-to-End Delivery:
Own the delivery lifecycle for complex software projects. You will track progress against milestones, manage dependencies across teams, and ensure technical debt is balanced against feature delivery. Team Coordination & Mentorship:
Act as the primary point of contact for the team, shielding them from external distractions while fostering a collaborative environment. You will coach team members on agile best practices and self-organization. Stakeholder Management:
Translate technical progress and risks into clear, actionable updates for leadership. Youll manage expectations and ensure the product vision aligns with the teams output. Impediment Removal:
Proactively identify and resolve "roadblocks"whether they are technical hurdles, resource constraints, or process bottlenecks. Required Experience Software Project Leadership:
Proven track record leading software development projects from inception to deployment. You speak the "language" of developers and understand the SDLC. Scrum Mastery:
Extensive experience serving as a Scrum Master for cross-functional teams. You should be comfortable navigating different agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe). Technical Literacy:
While you may not be coding daily, you possess a strong technical background that allows you to contribute to architectural discussions and understand technical constraints. Core Competencies Process Optimization: A passion for "the how." You dont just follow processes; you analyze them to find efficiencies. Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to facilitate difficult conversations and drive consensus. Adaptability:
The ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment. Technical & Professional Qualifications
Certifications:
CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PMP-ACP, or equivalent agile certifications are highly preferred. Tools:
Mastery of project management and collaboration tools such as Jira , Confluence , and Azure Dev Ops .
Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
