Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Parkdean Resorts is hiring an IT Support Assistant for a 6-month Fixed Term Contract based in Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne, to assist in the rollout of mobile devices for the Park Smart Maintenance application.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on IT support experience and a strong background in device imaging and provisioning. You will be responsible for device preparation, testing, and user support. Emphasis on proactive troubleshooting and effective communication is key.
