Consultant - Service Designer

We are working with a leading digital transformation consultancy that partners with major organisations to reimagine services, enhance customer experiences, and deliver meaningful digital change  combining strategy, design, technology, and data‑led thinking, our client creates intuitive, accessible, and user‑centred products and services across complex environments.

The Service Designer will join a growing Digital Factory community of designers, researchers, strategists, and technologists who are passionate about human‑centred design and solving complex problems through collaboration and innovation.

• Lead discovery, ideation, and end‑to‑end service design delivery
• Create journeys, service blueprints, personas, and experience maps
• Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and co‑creation sessions with stakeholders
• Translate user research into clear, actionable service improvements
• Champion inclusive, accessible design across all stages of delivery

• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end service design within complex environments
• Strong understanding of Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and principles
• Ability to design and communicate complex service ecosystems clearly
• Experience working in agile, cross‑functional delivery teams
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Eligibility for SC Clearance (UK resident requirements met)
