DescriptionJoin our Project Operations department as a Project Manager! We are Cintra. Known for our award‑winning software that delivers payroll solutions to over 1,000 clients, we are looking for a proactive and driven Project Manager to join our Project Operations team. This role sits between our Project Coordinator and Senior Project Manager positions, providing leadership across project delivery while supporting the continued growth and maturity of our project function.
The successful candidate will take ownership of a portfolio of projects across Payroll, HR, Expenses and Technical services, managing projects from initiation through to successful completion. They will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident managing projects independently, enjoys building strong relationships, and is eager to contribute ideas and improvements to enhance project delivery processes.

What you'll do- Manage a portfolio of Payroll, HR, Expenses and Technical projects, delivering successful outcomes from initiation through to completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure milestones, timelines and deliverables are achieved.
- Produce project reporting and maintain governance standards, ensuring accurate documentation and consistent delivery practices.
- Drive continuous improvement by enhancing project processes, standardising ways of working, and supporting the ongoing development of the Project Operations function.
- Own and maintain project management tools and reporting platforms to support effective project delivery and portfolio visibility.
- Experience delivering projects in software, SaaS, implementation or professional services environments.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, risks and dependencies simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across cross‑functional teams.
- Detail‑oriented and committed to delivering a high‑quality customer experience.
- Experience using project management tools such as Click Up, Jira, or similar platforms is desirable. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2 methodologies is advantageous.
- Proactive, solutions‑focused and motivated to improve processes, standardise ways of working, and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
