User Researcher

Salary: £30,000 - 30,000 per year

• I am looking for a candidate who possesses a strong background in user research, with demonstrable experience delivering projects within public sector or government environments.

• In this role, you will plan, design, and conduct user research using a range of qualitative and quantitative methods. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to embed user‑centred design practices. It will be your responsibility to champion user needs and ensure they are central to service design and delivery. You will also develop research plans and deliver actionable insights to inform product and service development.
  
  Presenting findings to stakeholders and influencing decision‑making will be key aspects of your role. Furthermore, you will ensure that research activities align with GDS guidelines and contribute to service assessments, while maintaining research documentation and contributing to the continuous improvement of research practices.

• UX UI Design

We are currently seeking a User Researcher to work with our public sector client on a three‑month rolling contract. This position offers a competitive rate and is inside IR35. The role is based in Newcastle with hybrid working options available.
