Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
LA International is seeking a Major Incident Management lead for a 6-month initial contract, based onsite in Harborough. The ideal candidate will ensure effective incident management, prioritize resolutions, and lead incident bridge calls. Key responsibilities include managing key stakeholders, facilitating post-incident reviews, and maintaining the Major Incident Management process.
The role requires strong ITSM experience, particularly in major incident management, knowledge of the ITIL framework, and excellent communication skills. The daily rate is between £400 and £450 via Umbrella.
