This is a hands‑on Product Manager role for someone passionate about shaping digital products, improving customer experiences, and exploring the possibilities of AI.

What you’ll be doing :- Define and refine the chatbot roadmap
, delivering continuous improvements that align with both business and customer needs. - Collaborate with developers, architects, and local teams to translate requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
- Work alongside tech, data science, and CX teams to implement enhancements efficiently.
- Support local markets
, ensuring the chatbot meets country‑specific needs while remaining scalable across Europe. - Track performance and analyse insights
, using data to prioritise the backlog and drive meaningful improvements.
- Proven experience delivering value as a Product Manager in digital environments.
- Curiosity and interest in chatbot and conversational products — deep technical expertise is not essential.
- User‑focused mindset
, with a strong understanding of digital customer journeys. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills
, comfortable in both sprint reviews and executive presentations. - Strategic and data‑literate
, able to zoom out to see the big picture while analysing details to inform priorities. - A hands‑on, adaptable approach — whether leading team ceremonies, designing journeys, or conducting in‑depth testing, you’re ready to roll up your sleeves.
- Experience with chatbot or AI‑driven products
