Position: Technical Support Coordinator - Customer Helpdesk (3-Month)
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

Cyber Security training courses is seeking a Technical Support Coordinator for a 3-month fixed-term contract to deliver excellent support. You will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for answering enquiries, logging support tickets, and ensuring proper prioritization.
